Dale learned under the tutelage of John Craviotto, the godfather of boutique drums. He has since partnered with Grover Pro Percussion and Arnie Lang of Lang Percussion by both building shells and finishing drums. Dale has spent years experimenting and perfecting the steam bending technique.

He has more recently partnered with Mother's Music company in Pelham, NH to offer his quality pieces
